What will make you a good fit for the role?

Installation, termination, testing and labelling of all cross-connects (cat5, coax, fibber) in the Data Centre. Responsible of Data Center Co-location services. Troubleshooting circuits with use of BERT equipment and other protocol analyser. Perform remote hand services for customers. Hardware installation including: shelves, power strips, rails, cable management, Server & Network equipment. Report current status via the ticketing system, shift reports, and email. On call via mobile phone during unscheduled days or shift times for emergency scheduling requirements. Maintain accurate records and document all problems technician. Assist the helpdesk / Customer support and technical support team in ensuring excellent services are always rendered to all Customers and hence achieving customer’s satisfaction and maintain customer’s loyalty to NTTI Nexcenter Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain collocation space cleanliness. Managing office Network and systems (Firewall, router, switch, antivirus, notebook, internal system server backup) The position will be required to perform 24x7 shift works. To prepare daily report, incident report, monthly report and yearly report to management. Respond to tenants queries on facility operations & specifications
