What will make you a good fit for the role?

Installation, termination, testing and labelling of all cross-connects (cat6, cat6a, fiber optic)

in the Data Centre.

 Responsible of Data Center Meet Me Room/Zone rack and rack readiness on Network side

 Troubleshooting and Rectification process for any Data Center Network Issues

 Hardware installation including: shelves, power strips, rails, cable management, Server &

Network equipment.

 Report current status via the ticketing system, shift reports, and email.

 On call via mobile phone during unscheduled days or shift times for emergency scheduling

requirements.

 Maintain accurate records and document all problems technician.

 Assist the technical support team in ensuring excellent services are always rendered to all

Customers and hence achieving customer’s satisfaction and maintain customer’s loyalty to

NTT GDCI

 Exhibit quality workmanship on all work and maintain collocation space cleanliness.

 Managing office Network and systems (Firewall, router, switch, antivirus, notebook, internal

system server backup)

 The position will be required to perform 24x7 shift works.

 To prepare daily report, incident report, monthly report and yearly report to management.
