Assistant Pr & Marketing Manager

The Assistant PR & Marketing Manager for NARS’s main role is to support Brand Manager to ensure strategic planning and implementation of the best PR & Marketing practices to support the sales of the brand, taking into consideration the guidelines and image of NARS.

Responsibilities of Marketing for NARS are listed herewith, but not limited to:

• Produce media monitoring reports including NARS clippings and value as well as all competitors; AdEx comparison is also needed monthly. Reports are to be submitted on the 6th of the following month
• Assist Brand Manager in planning and achieving overall sales plans each year
• Management of marketing collaterals (ordering, supplying to stores, mail out to customers, etc.)
• Monitor competitor activities and launches with a thorough analysis of what works and what doesn’t, to be seen as best practices lessons
• KOL management – build good relations with Influencers & celebrities
• Implementation of media plan to ensure efficiency of the media investment, as well as monitor ROI to ensure a good return for all the marketing dollars spent
• Plan & execute below the lines activities at POS level – yearly calendar proposals are expected at least 6 months before the business year starts. All plans should always ensure for customer loyalty (CRM activation) and acquisition (Marketing activation)
• Assist Brand Manager to implement PR, Media & Marketing plans each year, which should include all aspects related to Advertising, Promotions, Public Relations, Events and CRM
• Management of A&P expenses to ensure that the budget is adhered to and investments are optimized; monthly report of expenses to be submitted on the 8th of the following month
• Work together with Visual Merchandising and Store Manager to ensure all display, POP materials are in line with guidelines, up to date, and in mint condition at all times.
