Manulife Indonesia Agency Business Development will be responsible to support the agency to achieve sales targets every year.

We Are Looking For Someone With

• Minimum of 5 years as Agency Business Development
• Minimum Bachelor-Degree
• Have an experience in leading a team
• English proficiency
• Good communication skills, positive thinking and able to solve agency problems, able to motivate, conduct training and make presentation materials properly and correctly

• Ability to build and manage relationships with the key internal stakeholders
