Overview

We are seeking a Reservation Admin Intern to join our team to assist and support the reservation team. Through this role, you will help the reservation team to ensure the effectiveness of day-to-day task as well as learning how the reservation role works. The ideal candidate should have a background or passionate about hospitality and had keen eye to details.

• Willing to undertake any reasonable request made by reservation team
• Other duties as assigned by management or reporting supervisor
• Input and maintain all data of reservation on systems (Zuzu & Guestpro)

Qualifications

• Computer literate with maximum skill in using Microsoft Office (Ms. Word & Excel)
• Accept challenge as a step to grow
• Keen to details
• Preferably with experience in data and numbers input
• Able to work under pressure
• Outstanding communication skills and personalities
• Ability to quickly process and organize information
• Ready to makes mistakes and improve from it
• Can input data with speed and accuracy
• Speaks fluent English
• Based in Bali
