Accounting Manager Jobs

Responsibilities :

- Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the accounting department

- Monitoring and analyzing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements

- Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies and principles

- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions

- Assign projects and direct staff to ensure compliance and accuracy

- Meet financial accounting objectives

- Establish and maintain fiscal files and records to document transactions

- Check and approve all cash/bank expenditures processed by the HO Bank, internet banking or check/giro spending authorization

- Directing and managing the Reconsal Team, Matching Team, Financial Report Team

- Key user for General Ledger Module, Account Payable (AP), Cash Management (CM) module, Fixed Assets (FA).

- Support Oracle users (Head and Branch) for the Account Payable (AP) Module and Cash Management (CM) module.

- Plan, control and evaluate transactions GL must comply with accounts and approve them.

- Plan, control and evaluate the process of reviewing bank cash reconciliation work to ensure all bank transactions are recorded in the accounting books.

Requirements :

- Candidates should possess at minimum a bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting or equivalent

- Minimum (5) years of related work experience as Accounting Manager

- Advanced computer skills on accounting software and databases

- Having high accuracy and integrity

- Strong leadership skills with a dedication to driving and achieving results
