Account Manager (Recruitment Industry)

As an Account Manager (Recruitment Industry), you will be part of the Dicoding Jobs that will connect digital talents (graduates of Dicoding) with hiring companies. You will focus on getting more recruiters to join our job platform, and handle various events and programs for them.

Your work will include,

• Successfully selling recruitment services.
• Maintaining up-to-date awareness of competitor’s activities.
• Organizing and handling recruiting events such as career fairs and recruiter talk-shows.
• Locating and developing new accounts.
• Developing and implementing plans to capture business opportunities and grow.
• Building up strong relationships with partners and customers.
• Achieving the targets assigned by the management.

You will be based in Ciputat Timur (around UIN area) and may sometime be moved to Bintaro area (around Ruko Kebayoran Square Business Park).

Required Qualifications

• Experienced and knowledgeable of the tech industry and its hiring practices.
• You must already own a large client network as you will be building the accounts from the ground up.
• Minimum 3-year working experience as an account manager, sales rep, or business development rep.
• Experienced in the recruitment industry.
• Graduated from a reputable university
