Account Manager Jobs

MicroAd Indonesia is a branch of MicroAd Japan, an internet conglomerate group with business activities of advertising, digital media, mobile gaming and internet investments. We are currently looking for suitable candidate to join us as Jr Account Manager

Job Responsibilities :

1. Lead the team to develop new business (new client) and skillfully maneuver pitching process in a goal-oriented, systematic approach.
2. Develop the team to maintain relationships with clients and internal to deliver satisfaction results to clients
3. Supervise sub team activities to run as planned or objective
4. Giving sharing knowledge to team how to handling client and internal
5. Monitor attitude and manner SAE/AE to client and internal

Job Requirements :

1. Bachelor degree from reputable university majoring in Marketing, Communication, or Advertising
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in account manager/marketing manager in digital industry
3. Having knowledge about digital marketing
4. Analytical thinking approach to solve problem
5. Detail-oriented to ensure proposal met with client needs
6. Proficient in using presentation tools
7. Strong communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
8. Driven to achievedsales goals
