Organization Development Officer Jobs

Communicative and strong planning and organizational and time management skills with the ability to manage changing priorities, handle multiple projects

Converted leads to managed customers using qualification, relationship, and consultative sales skills

Executed Account Management focus including identification of upsell/cross-sell opportunities

Excellent phone and presentation skills.

Excellent listening skills and ability to empathize with customers’ needs.

Excellent at talent management skills.

Experience in project management and budgeting essential.

Minimum of 10 years of progressively responsible experience in human resource management, especially organization development, talent management, and learning and development.

At least 4-5 years of general management experience in the related field.

BSc/BA/Master in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management or equivalent.

Proficient in MS Office and Learning Management Systems (LMS).
