Minimum 2 years working experience, especially handling for banking project

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in IT product solutions for compression and livestream compression software

Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management

Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management

Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established project management standards

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional)

Liaise with managers and clients to define project requirements, scopes, and objectives that align with organizational goals

Build and lead a project team by assigning roles and responsibilities, providing guidance, and fostering collaboration among team members

Familiar with Industrial/Manufacture Knowledge, SCRUM, ERP

Develop a comprehensive project plan that outlines the project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, resources required, and budget

Monitor project expenses, track resource allocation, and ensure that the project stays within the approved budget

Serve as liaison with vendors for the purpose of monitoring and consolidation of orders for better management of expenses.

Bachelor (S1) degree in Business Administration, Economic Management or Accountancy from well-known university.

Minimum 15 years' experience in building or infrastructure project.

Must-have data-interpreting and analytic-thinking skills.

Have strong communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Good communication skill in both Bahasa and English.

Strong problem-solving ability and effective employee management experience

At least 10 years' experience working as a Project or Operation Manager and leading the engineering teams

Advance communication skills. Able to manage and motivate people at all levels, from staff to subcontractors

Minimum 15 years of experience in the relevant Building and Infrastructure Project

Experience within an international consultancy organization preferable

Having good strategic planning skill, well-structured and well organized

Project Management Professional (PMP) / PRINCE II certification is a plus.

Manage customer relationships and expectations by developing a communication process to keep others up-to-date on project results

Collaborate closely with developers to implement the requirements, provide necessary guidance to testers during QA process

Serve as a liaison between Operations and IT to assist or gather business requirements needed for system modifications, enhancement and implementations

Strong client-facing and internal communication skills.

Familiar with CISCO SDA, Network Architecture and Project Management

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Having CISCO Certification is a plus

Handle and create documentation related to projects IT Infrastructure

Analyze and monitoring all troubleshooting and maintaining existing network infrastructure

Designing router, switching, network architecture, and firewall
