Execute responsibilities as outlined in Arup’s Management System (AMS).

Experience in Project/Design Management of Design & Construct (D&C)/Design & Build (D&B) projects will be preferable.

Proven working knowledge of relevant legislation, regulations, codes of practice, & guidelines; and Arup’s related procedures including OH&S.

Represent Arup at internal and external meetings, developing and improving relationships with clients, and internal and external stakeholders.

Chartered Membership or equivalent of a relevant professional institution/professional peer body (e.g., CEng MICE, MIEAust CPEng, PMP etc.).

Minimum 3 years of experiences in banking/financial services industry and involved project management role.

Use system/tools as necessary to support assigned tasks / responsibilities.

Analytical skill: Able to analyse numbers, patterns to detect issues and find resolution.

Good understanding / background in finance/accounting is preferable.

Have experiences in data analytics and able to use tools such as SAS or other relevant data analytics tools.

Perform reconciliation as necessary and escalate for any issues found.

Project management certifications (such as PMP, PSM, or PRINCE2) are desirable

Establish and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including business units, IT teams, senior management, and external auditors

Manage and negotiate requirements/change requests from clients.

At least 1-year experience as a technical project manager, or lead software engineer

The Technical Project Manager is accountable for the following functions and responsibilities:

Prior experience as a software engineer.

Shown experience of leading sizable cross-culture teams and remote teams in Project Management.

Substantial project management experience in global organization managing global/large scale projects.

Strong risk management and mitigation skills. Strong attention to details.

Project Management certification (PMP, Prince2 Practitioner, IPMA, Certified Scrum Master, etc.).

As well as the adherence to RRP Quality Management System, IT Policy Framework, SOX, Cyber-security standards.

Lead and manage a team of software professionals to meet project targets and quality objectives.

Preferably Supervisor/Manager specializing in IT Application Development.

Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management in IT product solutions for compression and livestream compression software

Strong project management skills, including project planning, risk management, issue resolution, and change management

Knowledge of project management tools, methodologies, and best practices

Conduct regular project meetings and provide updates to senior management

Maintain project documentation and ensure adherence to established project management standards

Develop and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets

Familiar with CISCO SDA, Network Architecture and Project Management

At least 3 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position

Having CISCO Certification is a plus

Handle and create documentation related to projects IT Infrastructure

Analyze and monitoring all troubleshooting and maintaining existing network infrastructure

Designing router, switching, network architecture, and firewall
