Develop Training Management & Monthly Program for new and existing Agency Sales Force.

Risk Management to ensure all program meet business ethic and regulation standard

Team Development to enrich team’s member competencies and accountabilities

Minimum 5 years experience in Training Insurance

Program Design & Development Skill

Time Management and Attention to Details.

Possess knowledge in design and copywriting.

Possess good knowledge in operating Microsoft Office Tools, such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint (create slides).

Have good communication skills (written & verbal) in Bahasa and English.

Provide support in preparing design on presentation deck in relation to PFA and PIP Training programs.

Provide support along with appointed PICs in arranging evaluation formula of each PFA, PIP and Operation Webinar conducted by ALD Dept.

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) form Accounting/Economic/Marketing/Finance/Management preferably from Sharia Background.

Acts as sharia risk champion in agency risk management team.

Have intermediate knowledge of sharia investment & advance knowledge about sharia life insurance.

Have sufficiency knowledge of sharia life insurance regulations and provisions from OJK-IKNB Syariah, DSN-MUI, and others.

Proficient using various computer application programs, and other relevant information technology skills especially Microsoft Office

Acts as team member in participating together with other team members in increasing agency distribution engagement score

To provide additional training for agency members to raise agency skill and knowledge.

To work closely with Agency Leaders and implement Strategic Action Plans to achieve the 4 Key Performance Index :

APE (include Sharia and Pruworks)

To attend to any agency doubts, concerns and problem faced by agency members and to provide solution to overcome the problems.

To organize and launch new product/rider and new regulation/company updates to agency members

To organise and implement formal platform for agency members’ interaction and building teamwork through group meeting and gatherings.

Keeping track and manage a proper documentation for all products including legacy products, existing products and upcoming products

Excellent verbal and communication skills (both English and Indonesia)

Having knowledge in Ms. Office, SQL

To support product development process

Support Agency’s Process related to PAYDI compliance

Final year student or fresh graduate from actuary/statistic or any related major

Minimum bachelor’s degree (S1) form Accounting/Economic/Marketing/Finance/Management preferably from Sharia Background.

Acts as sharia risk champion in agency risk management team.

Highly developed communication & relationship skills & have experience in creating and managing an event both literation and inclusion.

Have intermediate knowledge of sharia investment & advance knowledge about sharia life insurance.

Have sufficiency knowledge of sharia life insurance regulations and provisions from OJK-IKNB Syariah, DSN-MUI, and others.

Minimum 5 (five years) have an experience in Financial Service company preferably from Life Insurance, Bank, or Sharia company/institution

To provide additional training for agency members to raise agency skill and knowledge.

10 years of industry experience in agency management, media sales or brand building.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Agency experience with knowledge of how and where decisions are made.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

Hire, train, mentor, and manage agency leaders.

Ability to take initiative and deliver value.
