- Reporting to Beam's Head of Regional Operations, but working directly with stakeholders across country Operations.

- Analytical thinker - with ability to form structured solutions to ambiguous, complex problems

Define and monitor Key Performance indicators and align with Management and Stakeholder needs

You have strong analytical skills and familiarity with business Process Improvement and are a Best Friend of Data.

Identify opportunities and define strategies for efficiencies in the work process and innovative approaches all Astro's Warehouse (Fresh and Dry)

Develop from Scratch strategic & and operational concepts for Astro Q-commerce and plans to drive long-term sustainable Warehouse Operational Scheme.

Conduct relevant research, and data analysis, and Implement high-value analyses that will deliver practical insights

Define and monitor e2e business process improvement initiatives with targeted results

- Ensuring operations to run without Customers’ complaints

- Ensuring premises issues, safety & quality equipment issues are tracked &closed

- Ensuring zero audit findings (and no repeated findings), track for closing

- Managing operations spending: conduct cost analysis & ensure it is profitable

- Weekly spending analysis & overtime approval

- Managing operations to ensure KPIs are achieved & no Cust. complaints

Key Account Management (both local & national)

Create solid teamwork and manage drumbeat both internal & external party (KC-S sales team & Distributor partner)

Provide right level of support and develop team’s tech & soft skills

Demonstrate good communication skills (good ability to convey or share ideas, advice, and articulate them effectively)

Good interpersonal skills, organized, and detail-oriented

For total Trade spends and will be required to improve spend optimization and driving Return on Investments.

Key Account Management (both local & national)
