Bachelor's degree in a Relevant Field or equivalent experience.

Problem-solving skills to address client concerns and navigate potential obstacles.

Years of experience in immigration law firms, government agencies, or related roles (preferred but not mandatory).

Provide comprehensive guidance to clients on various visa/stay permit options, eligibility criteria, and required documentation.

Experience and knowledgeable in handling company registration & permits

Excellent English skills in verbal and written

Responsible for all legal documents of foreign permit, incl. employment report (WLK) and other documents related;

Filed all documents through a company database and ensuring the documents storage is accessible;

Ensure that all information relating to the regulation up to date on an ongoing basis;

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Finance/Accountancy/Banking/Human Resource Management/Psychology or equivalent

Attention to detail and strong organizational skills to manage multiple clients and meet deadlines.

Perform the effectiveness of end-to-end work processes associated with payroll & benefit

Required skill(s): PPH 21, BPJS Kesehatan, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan

Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws, regulations, and HR best practices.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.

Minimum 1 years experience as Staff Dokumen Visa & Passport

Experience in daftar Online apply Visa" especially Europa, Aussie, USA

Have good written and verbal communication skills in both Bahasa and English.

A Detailed person and has experiences working in Travel Industry
