Technician Automotive Jobs

Mengoperasikan mesin/alat yang digunakan dalam proses manufaktur body kapal seperti gerinda, amplas, dan poles.

Melakukan pengerjaan fabrikasi untuk pembuatan body kapal seperti pengelasan, pemotongan, dan pembentukan metal.

Melakukan pengecekan kualitas pengerjaan body kapal.

Membantu tim engineering dalam pembuatan model/prototype kapal.

Melakukan pekerjaan pembuatan part/cetakan menggunakan material komposit (Fiber Glass dan Carbon Fiber) untuk pembuatan konstruksi kapal.

Membantu tim painting dalam mempersiapkan proses pengecatan kapal.

Minimum of 10 years' progressive experience in automotive/industrial manufacturing, with at least five years in a managerial role

Manage and optimise all production operations to meet production targets, quality standards, and delivery schedules

Establish, implement actions plans and corrective actions aimed at achieving approved budget

Ensure that Process and Quality Engineers develop manufacturing processes that will be used as standards

Propose and implement once approved ideas of design, process modifications leading to material and other product cost continuous reduction

Ensure that the quality system is implemented and that any quality problem detected is analysed and timely solved

Strong knowledge of procurement strategies, supplier management, and cost control

Leadership and team management skills

Proven eight or more years' experience as a Purchasing Manager or in a similar procurement leadership role

Ensuring optimal inventory levels to prevent overstocking or stockouts. Implementing inventory control measures to manage inventory turnover and minimise carrying costs

Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills

Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

Proven track record in brand management within the luxury or automotive sector, showcasing a knack for brand identity creation and enhancement.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and collaboration skills to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies that resonate with company's core values and resonate with target audiences.

Lead a cross-functional team in conceptualising, planning, and executing integrated marketing campaigns across diverse channels, both digital and traditional.

Supervise all support programs for Dealer activities including Business Management Program for profitability analysis and improvement

Strong organizational and problem-solving skills; able to manage multiple priorities and workflow

Manage project timeline fulfillment and network development progress achievements both on the internal and partner side.

Manage the dealer inquiry process, including responding to, distributing and documentation of all inquiries

Minimum of 10 years related experience

Extensive automotive experience including direct dealer contact

4 yrs. experience with building large Data pipelines

Experience using Python/Pyspark and SQL is mandatory

Hands on Experience with AWS technologies like Amazon S3, EMR, Amazon RDS, Amazon Redshift etc. is preferred

Knowledge of cloud services such as AWS and Azure is preferred

MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint skills
