Collaborate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs and create job descriptions that align with the company's goals.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey complex ideas and interact effectively with diverse stakeholders.

Conduct surveys, feedback sessions, and implement action plans to improve the work environment.

Develop and oversee performance evaluation systems that provide meaningful feedback and support employee development.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, or a related field.

Minimum 3 years work experience in the field of HR Services / HR Generalist.

Have knowledge and can operate SAP-HANA.

Strong in compensation & benefit matters (analysis, planning, policy, and implementation).

Performing remuneration calculations in the system in accordance with company policies, as well as ensuring accurate and timely payroll every month.

Facilitate and carry out actions in the internal mobilization process system (mutation and rotation) in accordance with applicable procedures.

Identify, evaluate, and make periodic continuous improvements to SOP and HR service policies according to organizational policies and dynamics.

Experienced in handling administrative duties would be beneficial

Managing employee accounts (creating, moving and deleting e-mails)

Handling for employee business trips

Assisting in employee program administration
