System Analyst Support Intern Jobs

Having knowledge in Supply chain management, FMCG, Automotive is a plus point

Support Client's requirement for system development

Develop business requirement documents based on defined solutions as basis for system development

Excellent analytical skills and strong intuitions of client behaviors

Solid oral and written communications skills

Develop project plan and identify dependencies

Experience in using monday.com as a project management tool will be a plus point

Willing to learn how to automate project management tools such as monday.com

Prior working experience as a lecturer or laboratory assistant will be competitive advantage

Excellent communication skills as you are going to work closely with our C-Level

Help users with questions, feature requests, and technical issues on monday.com

Educate user regarding the best practices for using monday.com with a team

Create and maintain database scripts to support various processes and reporting requirements.

Support with reporting requirements by creating and maintaining data report

Analytical experience creating cases and reports

Troubleshoot and correct irregularities in disparate data systems in order to maintain data quality and ensure accurate reporting.

Diploma/Bachelor Degree from any major

3rd/4th year student, or fresh graduate from university are welcome to apply

Melakukan instalasi dan konfigurasi aplikasi, baik yang berlokasi di kantor pusat ataupun di outlet maupun depo

Memastikan berjalannya penggunaan aplikasi sistem informasi terkait operasional sehari-hari dalam bisnis perusahaan

Memonitoring atas request yang di submit (SLA dan troubleshoot)

Menerima Issue dari user melalui Web Ticketing System maupun Non Ticketing.

Monitoring Laporan Daily Log dari Team Application Support

Minimal S1 jurusan Sistem Informasi/ Teknik Informatika dan jurusan terkait
