Key Responsibilities

• Ensure day-to-day integrations and automation on monday.com run smoothly
• Help users with questions, feature requests, and technical issues on monday.com
• Educate user regarding the best practices for using monday.com with a team
• Help users increase efficiency by analyzing business needs and implementing solutions using monday.com, integrations, and APIs
• Create a dashboard report on Monday.com that is presentable and easy to understand

Qualifications

• Final year student or fresh graduate coming from Information System or Information Technology major
• Experience in using monday.com as a project management tool will be a plus point
• Fast learner and highly adaptable
• Willing to learn how to automate project management tools such as monday.com
• Prior working experience as a lecturer or laboratory assistant will be competitive advantage
• Willing to work from our Surabaya office
• Excellent communication skills as you are going to work closely with our C-Level
