7+ years' of experience Demand Planner / business intelligence / strategy analyst from FMCG, manufacture

Strong quantitative, analytical and communication skills

Basic knowledge in manufacturing distribution & financial

Coordinate machine and capacity booking based on shipment forecast to fulfil the demands.

Analyze sales volume and inventory target to create volume strategy

Prepare quarterly SIP target setting and annually business planning as per plan defined

Database Management: Understanding of database concepts and basic SQL skills to retrieve and manipulate data for analysis and reporting purposes.

Supplier Relationship Management (SRM): Skills in effectively managing supplier relationships, negotiating terms, and collaborating on demand forecasting and inventory planning.

Risk Management: Ability to assess and mitigate supply chain risks

E-commerce Platforms: Understanding of e-commerce platforms and online marketplaces to manage digital inventory and fulfill online orders efficiently.

• Communicate regularly with store managers to understand on-the-ground demands and challenges.

ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) Systems

Proven experience in demand planning, inventory management, or a related role within a Supply Chain in FMCG environment.

Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Management, or Statistics.

Proficient in Forecasting, Inventory Management, Data Analysis, and Statistics Tools (SPSS).

Minimum 3-4 years of experience in Demand Planning or PPIC field.

Experience in FMCG Company is a plus.

Collaborate closely with sales, marketing, and brand teams to understand demand forecast drivers.

Analyze historical sales trends, stock, and other data statistics to create a forecast model.

Menyiapkan, mengolah, menganalisa data penjualan (historical)

Menyusun alur forecast, produksi dan flow logistik

Mengecek stock dan status pengiriman komponen setiap hari

Membuat Resupply Plan mingguan yang tepat

Koordinasi sehari-hari dengan PPIC, Procurement, Logistik, Marketing/Sales

Manage replenishment plan from Production Center to Hubs and stock transfer between Hubs.

Manage all report related to planning sub department and publish to all stake holders.

Having min 3-5 years' experience in similar position in FMCG industry.

Able to operate MS excel in intermediate level: lookup, pivot and chart development. SAP knowledge is preferable.

Able to manage stake holders and and able to work as a one team.

Create an optimum monthly order planning to production center according to a proper supply planning process.
