Berpengalaman minimal 3 tahun sebagai project management officer dan menguasai project management methodology;

Strong communication, relationship-building skills, and excellent interpersonal skills.

Mendukung Manajemen dalam identifikasi masalah bisnis; menemukan dan menganalisis data yang relevan untuk memecahkan masalah bisnis strategis;

Melakukan penelitian dan analisis kuantitatif/kualitatif yang diperlukan dalam mengembangkan rekomendasi untuk Manajemen;

Mempersiapkan dan menyelesaikan, antara lain: pemetaan proses dan peningkatan proses bisnis, dasbor kinerja, dll;

Bertindak sebagai PMO untuk beberapa proyek ;

In-depth knowledge of team management strategies, ensuring no miscommunication, timely completion, and effective schedule management.

Strong control, management, and decision-making abilities based on prioritization.

Act as a traffic manager for cross-departmental work.

Minimum 3 years of work experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor.

Experience managing a team of 10 or more within one department.

Good leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.

Become a communication mediator between management, the client, material distributors, and workers.

Record work results & review work reports to management (done every day).

Prepare, organize, and supervise the use of material requirements to complete projects correctly and on time.

Prepare and provide regular reports to the Quantity Surveyor.

Willing to be placed on the Jabodetabek project site.

Fluent in using Autocad and Sketchup.
