• Strong knowledge of Advertising
• Coordinate with other teams across departments.
• Responsible for monitoring daily output, analyzing data, and team performance.
• Act as a traffic manager for cross-departmental work.
• Ensure that your team provides services in accordance with standard operating procedures, and enhance each team member's skills through coaching and evaluation.
• Ensure the consistency and alignment of the team's output.
• Perform objective evaluations of the team.
• Ensure job lead time meets the predetermined due dates.
• Lead the digital marketing team in planning, executing, and optimizing all digital marketing activities within the company.

Requirements:

• Strong control, management, and decision-making abilities based on prioritization.
• Good leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a team.
• Ability to multitask.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with other departments.
• Minimum 3 years of work experience in digital marketing, with at least 1 year of experience as a supervisor.
• Experience managing a team of 10 or more within one department.
• Firm in taking action against violations or non-compliance by the team that may result in loss of time, costs, or the company's reputation.
• In-depth knowledge of team management strategies, ensuring no miscommunication, timely completion, and effective schedule management.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communication, or a related field.
• Strong leadership skills.
