Project Supervisior Jobs

Responsibilities

1. Directing and supervising all field workers and work results daily so that they are following the work drawings, target completion times, and directions given.
2. Manage the placement of field workers so that the work results are promising and on time according to the work drawings and directions are given.
3. Prepare, organize, and supervise the use of material requirements to complete projects correctly and on time.
4. Become a communication mediator between management, the client, material distributors, and workers.
5. Record work results & review work reports to management (done every day).
6. Prepare and provide regular reports to the Quantity Surveyor.

Qualifications

1. Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering (min. working experience in project three years) / SMK Engineering graduate (min. experience working in project > 2 years).
2. Willing to be placed on the Jabodetabek project site.
3. Fluent in using Autocad and Sketchup.
4. Mastering Ms. Word, Ms. Excel and will have more value if you can use a Microsoft project.
5. Have high accuracy, proactive, responsiveness, and the ability to work in a good team.
6. Have the ability to overcome obstacles that occur in work effectively by being a good coordinator.
7. Have excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills (as a liaison between client parties, management, and/or field workers).
8. Always have a sense of honesty and high responsibility for work, with or without close supervision.
9. Able to work under high-pressure conditions and tight schedules.
10. Understand project administration tasks.
11. Domicile in West Jakarta/Tangerang is preferred.
12. Having a motorized vehicle is preferred.
