[Project-Based Role] Marketing - Fabric Expert Innovation Project

This is a project-based role and not a permanent one.

Project Scope & Description

• Liaise with creative agency as well as Brand team on the brief feedback and operation
• Conceptualize targeted brand liaising with global on concept validation
• Conduct consumer validation, finalize and align on artwork with Brand Building & design agency, communication development: liaise with creative agency on the brief feedback and logistic preparation
• Develop targeted brand overall product mix & communication asset, align & collaborate with Brand Building team on media deployment plan

Kpi

• OTIF targeted brand product and pack validation, communication assets delivery. Close project network monitoring
• OTIF launch of targeted brand in H2’23, communication assets to be delivered OTIF, including digital assets, master KV, adaptive KV. Full clarity & alignment on digital planning 2023. Close project network monitoring

Specific Skills Required

• Working with agencies and many partners
• Willing to work in project basis role (temporary)
• Active in organizations: leadership skill, good at communication, collaboration, and managing the team.
• Experience in managing innovation is plus point
• Photoshop + video editing skill is a plus point
• Fluent in English
• Creative thinker
• Bachelor Degree with Marketing experience (min 2 years; 1-year experience is still welcome if have related experience)
• Able to synthesis consumer insight into strong concept
