Job Description
Job Responsibilities
  • IBP - CSP integral part of brand community, providing customer & channel lens to brand JTBD and SKU portfolio for next year.
  • Co-leading POP development & strategy and CATMAN projects.
  • Manages trade fundamentals for the brands and sets distribution targets in the respective channel, strategic guidance to account teams.
  • Own and drive the operational activity plans with operational excellence for 12 months at respective channel – promotions, pricing, visibility and in-store comms, distribution, shelf space improvements.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers at marketing level.
  • Leading consolidated CBD input into S&OP and own S&OP output manage/drive CBD business performance in the month & quarter.
  • NRM decisions on levers 3-5 - Active Mix management, Promo management, Trade spendings.
  • Lead and develop customer specific short- and long-term programs/initiatives based on relevant shopper/customer insight.
  • Deploying Customer Facing Category Strategy (CFCS) - translating and localizing category marketing plans to customer channel plans.
Requirements
  • 5+ years of working experience in similar roles in Channel Development, Category Operations & Planning preferable in FMCG.
  • Solid knowledge of Go to Market and Channel Management Category Growth Strategy Understanding.
  • Bachelor's degree preferably in a Business, Marketing, or related subject.
  • Strong Analytics – ability to draw insights and actions from data.
  • Experience in implementing channel strategies and initiatives, Communication expertise across brand, category, channel, and customer.
  • Open for Project Based role with duration 6 months.
  • English language proficiency required.
  • Knowledge of brand strategy and application across channels, Collaborating with marketing teams and other key internal/external stakeholders.
  • Solid organizational skills and detail oriented.
