Student Welfare Officer Jobs

Work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders to co-ordinate welfare activity and manage all RPoC Welfare meetings.

Manage the Bde Welfare Fund.

Ensure local education stakeholders are made aware of MOD activity likely to impact on local schools and promote MOD funding opportunities.

Responsible for the dissemination of all Armed Forces Children Education Policy and Guidance updates to Units

Lead on the Lived Experience ‘welfare ‘theme.

Remain alert to emerging issues and trends which might impact operational efficiencies. Including barriers to educational provision for Service Children

Develop systems, structures and educational support programs which are responsive to student needs.

Manage ILPs, SAPs and Intervention Plans.

Bachelor of Education/Bachelor of Arts/Bachelor of Science. degree, or equivalent specializing in Student Services/Psychology/Counseling

Organizational ability, initiative, and effective communicative and interpersonal skills

Willing to be placed in a remote area

Model collaborative practice, shared leadership and effective decision-making
