3 to 5+ years’ experience as a Technical Writer

Very strong English speaking and writing skills is a must

Skilled at multi-tasking and working in a fast paced environment

Experience with Microsoft Office products

Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements

Solid experience in Postman, Laravel, or other Backend's techologies

Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines

Understand and explain complex technical concepts

- Having Experience as Technical Writer at least 1 year

- Having knowledge about technology JAVA.net, html, phyton, php, etc

- Provide documentation for all the process of application development

- Assisting the system analyst compile and describe the technical concept / application material description into non-technical

- Creating Data Flow Diagrams (DFD), Entity Relationship Diagrams (ERD)

- Compile and prepare documentation for User Acceptance Test

• Menguasai penggunaan API dan memahami konsep API

• Mampu menggunakan SQL Server Database, MySQL Database, dan MongoDB

• Mampu menggunakan collaboration tools seperti Github dan TFS

• Menguasai penggunakan tools dokumentasi API

• Menguasai penggunakan tools dokumentasi Wireframe

Minimun 2 years of experience is required for this position

Required skill(s): AutoCad, Microsoft Project, Shop drawing

Having good analytical thinking, interpersonal, problem solving, and communication skills

Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering.

Willing to be placed at Sleman Yogyakarta

Checking and procesing ARAP Reinsurance and Retro Settlement

Reconciliation of internal & external PDD

Closing process (JSK, Aging Report, SOA, Identify PDD Life Details for BI)

Prepare data for internal and external audit

Bachelor degree from Accounting major with minimum GPA of 3.00

Fresh graduate are encourage to apply

Experience using knowledge sharing tools and wikis

Create and/or manage guidelines and formats for each departments

Good communication and interpersonal skill

Ability to manage and delegate multiple assignments and priorities

Interview our lead developers to create consistently clear and digestible documentation for technical processes

Create or design tutorials related to play our game, how to use features and release notes

Exceptional technical writing skills with 2-5 years of experience in a similar role.

Work and communicate effectively with software developers, product marketing, and product managers to write and maintain high-quality documentation.

Create other client aids such as an online demo, online video, online help, guided tour, and other educational guidelines and techniques

Prior experience in a SaaS-based company is preferred.

Excellent English communication skills (written).

Proven experience in HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
