Working with internal teams on product and documentation requirements

Solid experience in Postman, Laravel, or other Backend's techologies

Writing easy-to-understand user interface text, online help and developer guides

Producing high-quality documentation that is appropriate for its intended audience

Bachelor’s degree or higher in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, or other related disciplines

Understand and explain complex technical concepts

Working with the pursuit Partner/Director (P/D), proposal manager and teaming partners, develop detailed proposal outline and storyboarding based upon RFP/TOR/RFA requirements.

Manage activities of junior technical writers, specialists, and independent consultants, as required for specific proposals.

Provide training and coaching to build technical writing capabilities of Deloitte SEA country teams in Indonesia, Philippines and Vietnam.

Master’s degree in relevant field or a Bachelor’s degree with highly relevant work experience.

Excellent USAID technical writing and proposal development skills.

Proven ability to and experience leading or contributing to winning proposals for USAID.

Having a background or experience in the IT industry is advantageous

Familiar with documentation tool such as Microsoft word, Adobe Acrobat etc.

At least 1 years experiences in Technical Writer

Having experiences in using JIRA and Confluence

Proven working experience in technical writing of software documentation
