Strong negotiation and communication skills to secure favorable deals with suppliers and vendors.

Negotiate favorable terms, contracts, and pricing with suppliers to achieve cost savings and other favorable conditions for the company.

Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, addressing any issues or concerns promptly and ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.

Process purchase orders and ensure timely delivery of goods and services to meet operational needs.

Handle administrative management of procurement process

Minimum 2 years of working experience handling Sourcing and Procurement; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

Build pitch packages (comprising of commercial, legal, finance and SuSo policy documents) for account managers.

Experience in drafting / revising / reviewing contracts is essential

Minimum 1 year working experience in Purchasing/Sourcing/Supply Chain/Business Development area. Fresh Graduates are welcome.

Having experience in a pharmaceutical company is desirable
