Job Description

Responsibilities


  • Meet the target cost and target schedule as Customer’s expectation
  • Responsible looking for materials according to customer expectations and a brief from the Commercial Team with the right quality and price
  • Maintain positive working relationships with strategic suppliers to assure cost, quality, and delivery targets are met.
  • Ensure that there are no additional cost and delay from supplier’s services
  • Review supplies, works and services to ensure compliance with company procedures and best procurement practices.
  • Responsibilities for new suppliers on registration process.
  • Developing and maintain on raw material from customers and have a good quality.
  • Assessing quotes and compiling a detailed assessment of cost breakdowns to Sales Support Team
  • Serve as the stakeholders’ liaison and ensure timely communications occurs before transferred the next process to procurement team (Import Material).
  • Negotiation price, quality and time-able of delivery with suppliers


Requirements


  • A thorough understanding of sourcing methodologies
  • Bachelor’s degree in any major
  • Strong drive, attention to detail and eager to learn
  • Experience in Sourcing minimum 3 - 5 years in Manufacturing (FMCG)
  • Fluent in written and spoken English and Indonesia
