About The Role
bababos is now looking for an aspiring talent with QA/QC steel, polymer, or chemical manufacturing background to fill a QA/QC specialist position. The ideal candidate must have at least 2 years of experience in QA/QC Inspection. In this job, the candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest quality standards for our products. Additionally, the candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to our consultant teams and fostering strong partnerships with our suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Quality Control & Assurance
- Perform thorough inspections and tests on raw materials and finished products to ensure they meet the established quality standards.
- Implement and maintain quality control procedures to monitor product quality and identify any deviations or non-conformities.
- Collaborate with the QC/QA Manager to develop and update quality documentation, such as inspection reports and quality control records.
2. Supplier Quality Management
- Monitor and evaluate the performance of suppliers regarding product quality and delivery.
- Performing a check and updating supplier stock and recommending purchases for fast-moving materials.
- Collaborate with suppliers to implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance overall supplier quality.
3. Compliance & Documentation
- Ensure that all quality-related documentation, including inspection reports and testing records, are maintained accurately and up-to-date.
- Assist in preparing for internal and external quality audits and regulatory inspections.
Key Requirements
- Quality management certifications (e.g., Six Sigma, ASQ) are desirable.
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures, inspection techniques, and statistical analysis.
- Minimum 2 years of work experience in QC/QA and supplier management.
- Minimum Diploma or Associate degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Excellent communication skills to work effectively with cross-functional teams and suppliers.
- Experience providing technical support and resolving quality-related issues.
- Analytical and problem-solving skills to drive continuous improvement efforts.
