Role - Regional Sales Engineer – Spares & Service – (8-10 Years’ Experience)

1. Should have exposure to APC equipment in Cement and Steel (Proffered)

4. Build and manage relationships with large corporates / business houses /consultants.

Based on Surabaya ( East Java ) – Indonesia

1. Business Development – developing customer base in Indonesia.

3. Provide accurate order booking projections, lead and prospect reports to support business growth.

Fluent in Bahasa Indonesian, ideally based in Indonesia with good local experience.

Strong oral and written communication skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and English

Demonstrated collaborative skills, interpersonal communication skills and negotiation skills along with a customer focused mindset

You have a minimum of 8 years experience from the cement industry or related businesses with strong sales background

Knowledge of FLSmidth equipment an advantage and in-depth knowledge of the industry and its current events

Sales & Service Engineer Job Responsibilities:

• 1 - 3 years of industry sales and service experience

1. Serves customers by identifying their needs and engineering adaptations of products, equipment, and services.

3. Provides on-site service, technical and engineering information by answering questions and requests.

4. Provides resolutions to resolve quality issues to ensure customer satisfactions.

5. Maintain current sales accounts and regularly engage with customer to establish and maintain good relationship.

Any other duties & responsibilities as assigned by the management.

Ensure timely execution of job assignments and comply with all documentation requirements for repairs & service activities

Escalate repair issues to factory / Service Manager when necessary.

At least 2 to 3 years’ experience in related field (medical equipment technical support)

Good IT knowledge (computer hardware/operating system, networking)

Knowledge in medical devices specifically for microscope, ophthalmology (diagnostic, therapeutic) equipment is preferable.

This candidate will be responsible for Field service, installation, commissioning, qualification, training, and maintenance of pharmaceuticals equipment at the customer’s location.

Knowledge on OSD – Granulation line & Tablet press is desired.

Knowledge with PLC operated machineries will be added advantage.

Knowledge of ATEX hazardous locations is desirable.

Must possess electrical/mechanical trouble shooting skills.

Working knowledge of Static/rotating machinery, pneumatics, hydraulics, and machine assembly

Berdiskusi dan berpartisipasi dengan anggota tim lainnya dalam perbaikan jasa pengiriman

Bertanggung jawab terhadap ketersediaan dan kegunaan dari peralatan servis yang di gunakan

Assess car, measurement, and details,

Submit report which component for replace or repair,

Maintenance, calibration, repairing, instrument installation and resolving problems

Provide training to customers regarding the instrument

Produce a work and service report

Applied the health, safety, securitym and environment (HSSE) protocol

SMK/Diploma/Bachelor degree of electrical engineering

Willingness to travel across Indonesia

Managing administrative procedures in sales processes and support collection and project management activities when needed

Communicating details in accordance with ABB offering and strategy (delivery time, payments, and general terms and conditions)

Minimum 3 years of experience required

A collaborative, solution-focused approach and strong written and spoken communication skills

Selling products/systems/services to customers, focusing on volume, mix and profitability targets for assigned Business Units/Product Groups

Preparing sales plans using company tools. Performing regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls
