Senior Relationship Manager Mortgage Jobs

Preferably graduated from Psychology, Human Resources Management, Business management or any other related education background.

Ad-hoc assignments or projects as assigned by the Management.

Actively develop knowledge to generate business pipeline.

Knowledge of Talent Assessment and People Development will be an added advantage.

Preferably having working experience in MNC company.

Regularly visit clients to build and develop relationships.

Retain existing high value clients by growth of wallet with the bank through relationship management activities.

Ensure zero operational loss and effective complaint management.

Effective reject management for suspicious transaction

Gather competitive intelligence to determine what competitors are offering clients, product positioning and service offerings

Make prompt reporting of Suspicious Activity Report (SAR) to UKK Holder (Branch Manager) and to CMLCO at Head Office

Training, licenses, memberships and certifications

Minimum 1 year experience as mortgage sales.

Have a basic knowledge of the banking lending and mortgage.

Good selling skills and strong network, especially in mortgages

Processing the acquisition of targeted new debtors (mortgage) by building the partnership with Developers, brokers and branches.

Ensure the loan (mortgage) process in line with the policy and regulations.

Providing excellent service to debtors/prospective debtors without ignoring policies, instructions, procedures have been established by the Bank.
