Senior Production Supervisor Jobs

Have good organizational skills to manage production schedules and coordinate various activities.

Have a minimum SMA/SMK/D3 education in a related field such as Textile, Fashion, or Manufacturing.

Work experience in clothing production or manufacturing will be a plus.

Have analytical skills to monitor product quality and identify necessary improvements.

Manage production schedules, including planning, procuring raw materials, cutting fabrics, sewing, and finishing products.

Coordinate with design, merchandiser, and sales teams to ensure production requirements are met and products are ready for distribution.

Ensuring that projects personnel assignment requirements are met.

Manager and Div. Engineer of any potential for overrun.

Ensure that the Construction Manager (or his assigned delegate) has approved inputs that are used in the executions.

Min. +5 years of experience in Oil & gas Construction Industry

Support and disseminate Engineering policies and Yard procedures, participate for any improvements.

Support Division Engineering for providing input to the bid and historical data from the projects.

Possess technical and managerial knowledge in leading process development team.

Have skills and knowledge in assessing, setting up and maintaining production infrastructure in good order.

Able to think outside of the box, and to provide profitability proposal to the Senior Management for business growth.

Minimum 10 years of experience in seaweed extraction or related industries

Have technical knowledge of agronomic inputs required for seaweed production / processing

Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skill within the organisation.
