Senior Production Staff Jobs

Requirements :

• Willing to work with tight deadlines and under pressure.
• Have analytical skills to monitor product quality and identify necessary improvements.
• Able to work in a team and communicate well.
• Work experience in clothing production or manufacturing will be a plus.
• Have good organizational skills to manage production schedules and coordinate various activities.
• Have precision and accuracy in working with materials and product details.
• Know the clothing production process, including fabric cutting, sewing, and product finishing.
• Able to read and understand patterns and use sewing machines and related production equipment.
• Have a minimum SMA/SMK/D3 education in a related field such as Textile, Fashion, or Manufacturing.

• Manage inventory of raw materials and production equipment to ensure adequate availability.
• Coordinate with design, merchandiser, and sales teams to ensure production requirements are met and products are ready for distribution.
• We are ensuring efficiency and quality in the production process and meeting established standards and deadlines.
• Manage production schedules, including planning, procuring raw materials, cutting fabrics, sewing, and finishing products.
• Generate production reports and analyze production performance to help improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor and supervise product quality, including inspection and quality testing.
• Responsible for overseeing and coordinating clothing production activities in the company.
