Job Description
Jiva is seeking an experienced Senior Brand Planner to join our Indonesian team.

Jiva’s services encompass personalised agronomy advisory, selling agricultural inputs, providing micro-financing for inputs, and purchasing harvest directly from farmers. We do this through an on-ground network of micro collectors and retailers, supported by our digital platforms. Our team spans across Indonesia, Singapore, and India.
Purpose of Position
As a Senior Brand Planner, you will be responsible for refining our customer brand identities (farmers, micro collectors, and retailers), designing relevant brand campaigns, and ensuring consistent brand implementation across all campaign touchpoints for our target audiences. This role will help lead the ideation, creation, and execution of integrated marketing campaigns that amplify our brand message and drive engagement across online/offline channels. The Senior Brand Planner will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to align brand strategy with business objectives and ensure a seamless brand experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
  • Co-develop and refine the company's customer brand identities alongside the communications team, ensuring it accurately represents our values, mission, and offerings
  • Lead the end-to-end development of integrated marketing campaigns that are aligned with the brand identity and effectively communicate our key messages.
  • Drive consistency in brand messaging and visual elements across various online and offline channels, including digital platforms, print materials, events, and more.
  • Conduct market research and stay updated on industry trends to identify opportunities for brand differentiation and innovation.
  • Collaborate with the creative team to oversee the creation of visual assets, content, and messaging that align with the brand and resonate with the target audience.
  • Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, design, and communications, to ensure a cohesive brand experience throughout the customer journey
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance and customer feedback to make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.
Requirements:
  • Proficiency in market research and data analysis to inform strategic decision-making
  • Proven track record of successfully developing and executing brand strategies and integrated marketing campaigns that drive engagement and deliver results
  • Creative thinking and ability to translate brand concepts into compelling visual and written content
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Experience with developing and delivering campaigns across online and offline channels is a must
  • Fluency (or at least business proficiency) in both English and Bahasa Indonesian is a must
  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in a branding and campaign development role
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Strong understanding of brand identity, positioning, and messaging

  • Engagement Metrics: Track engagement levels, such as website traffic, social media interactions, and event participation
  • Brand Awareness: Measure the increase in brand recognition and awareness among the target audiences
  • Business Impact: Assess the impact of branding efforts on business objectives, such as customer acquisition and revenue growth
  • Campaign Effectiveness: Evaluate the success of marketing campaigns based on metrics like reach, conversion rates, and customer feedback
  • Consistency: Ensure consistent application of brand elements and messaging across all channels and materials
