Proven experience in procurement/grant and contract management, including high-tech and/or high-value contracts;

Contribute to the identification, assessment, and management of potential risks associated with ASINUSA legal, procurement, and contract management activities;

Represent the Legal and Procurement Department in external meetings, working groups, conferences, seminars, and networks and report to management;

Assist with the management of external support or advisers;

Contribute to the preparation and development of internal rules and procedures and high-level document management.

Knowledge and experience of both Indonesian and International legal and institutional frameworks in the field of port and maritime services;

Experience in as a Data Protection Officer.

Excellent, research, verbal and written communication skills.

Strong interpersonal and influencing skills to work well within the legal team and internal/external stakeholder.

Proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
