Advise on legal matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and contract management systems.

Ensure contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and protect the company's interests.

Several years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably in a corporate legal department or a reputable law firm.

Strong corporate law, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.

Participate in knowledge management, professional development and Firm administrative activities as requested;

Work with Management Team to communicate and promote the Firm to the most important audiences;

Prior Merger & Acquisition and related work experience or knowledge is an advantage.

At least 5 years of PQE and a significant experience in the Indonesian market;

Strong oral and written communication skills in English and ability to interact effectively and collaboratively both internally and externally;

Excellent client relationship skills; and

Excellent verbal and written English skills

Exceptional leadership and strong negotiation skills

Knowledge and understanding of relevant applicable laws, rules and regulations

Having experience in litigation would be advantage

Communicate and negotiate with external parties (regulators, external counsel, public authority etc.)

Drafted various draft and edit the contract templates
