Interface with appropriate regulatory agencies, external and internal parties as necessary to support managers accomplish corporate objectives

Minimum 4 years of working experience in the related fields

Experienced in a law firm or with a litigation background would be preferable

Strong knowledge of corporate law and the regulation of the beauty industry

Highly skilled in legal analysis and writing

Excellent team player with good communication skills and ability to work with various departments and third parties

Minimum of 5 years of working experience in law firm or in-house legal in financial institutions

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Provide legal advice and counsel to the company on a wide range of legal matters

Assist with the negotiation of complex legal documents

Conduct legal research and analysis

Stay up-to-date on legal developments and regulations in the financial services industry

Proven experience in procurement/grant and contract management, including high-tech and/or high-value contracts;

Contribute to the identification, assessment, and management of potential risks associated with ASINUSA legal, procurement, and contract management activities;

Represent the Legal and Procurement Department in external meetings, working groups, conferences, seminars, and networks and report to management;

Assist with the management of external support or advisers;

Contribute to the preparation and development of internal rules and procedures and high-level document management.

Knowledge and experience of both Indonesian and International legal and institutional frameworks in the field of port and maritime services;

Advise on legal matters related to corporate governance, compliance, and risk management.

Maintain contract templates, standard clauses, and contract management systems.

Ensure contracts are in compliance with legal requirements and protect the company's interests.

Several years of experience as a corporate attorney, preferably in a corporate legal department or a reputable law firm.

Strong corporate law, commercial contracts, corporate governance, and regulatory compliance knowledge.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to assess complex legal issues and provide practical solutions.
