Senior Legal Compliance Manager Jobs in Kota Tangerang Selatan, Banten

Well-versed in government reporting, financial institutions regulations, consumer protection, AML-CFT, KYC/KYB and fraud management is a plus

Prepare requirements for regulatory submissions

Bachelor’s Degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Minimum of 4-5 years of relevant experience in the Legal and Compliance function of financial institutions, preferably lending business

Have knowledge of the regulatory provisions of Otoritas Jasa Keuangan, preferably in lending business

Strong communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively communicate advice backed up by sound judgment

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Law, Risk Management or related field.

Create, review and manage company internal and external agreement documents including employment contracts

Manage and administer company permits related to various businesses run by the company

Having 2 years of experience working as a Compliance Officer or a similar role.

Professional compliance advanced degree/certifications such as Advokat will be preferred.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.
