Senior Legal Compliance Manager Jobs in Kota Bekasi, West Java

Knowledge in the regulations of at least 1 financial product (e-wallet, multifinance, commodity futures, securities trading, or else)

Minimum bachelor’s degree in Law, Finance, or Banking Administration

Has experience interfacing with financial regulators (OJK, BI, Bappebti)

Meticulous and have sharp analytical skills

Strong presentation and influencing skill

Support the Head of Compliance in projects related to new licensing with Bank Indonesia, OJK, Bappebti, or other applicable regulators

Set plans to manage a crisis or compliance violation on the basis of Good Corporate Governance (GCG).

Report directly to Legal Manager and arrange an effective team work within the compliance team sub-division.

Minimum 2 years experience as a legal officer/legal staff

Good legal knowledge and excellent in drafting, and negotiating legal documents both in English and Indonesia

Create sound internal controls and monitor adherence to them.

Draft and revise company policies as necessary.

5 years of work experience as an in-house counsel in corporate function from financial institutions/lawyer in reputable firm

Prior experience in insurance company is a huge advantage

Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent from a reputable universities.

In-depth understanding of corporate laws, insurance laws and regulations, as well as legal procedures

Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia

Law related to company business

Memastikan segala legalitas dan perizinan perusahaan telah terpenuhi

Melaksanakan tugas-tugas lainnya yang ditugaskan oleh atasannya
