Ensure the organization complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and reporting requirements.

Proven experience in government relations, public policy, institutions relations, or a similar role.

Strong interpersonal and networking skills to build and maintain relationships with government officials and key stakeholders.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as negotiation skills.

Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Demonstrated strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities in navigating complex government environments.

Have experience to advocate policy in local government or national government

Bachelor's degree in political science, law, social science or a major in any field

Establish, maintain, and manage an internal network with all relevant actors for political activities in Indonesia

At least eight years' experience in a related field
