The background, education, and work experience needed to succeed in this job are:

Bachelor (S1) in Accounting with 5 - 7 years experience in accounting

Basic Accounting knowledge: Journal, balancing sheet, costing standard and interest over call.

Communication skill (English fluently and Bahasa)

Senior Accountant Underground Mine Core Competencies (Knowledge and Skills):

Knowledge on SAP, Hard Dollar, PowerBI, Tableau, OneStream, MS Office and other consolidation/reporting tools

Required Qualifications of Chief Accountant Underground Mine:

Great understanding of Operation Management, Shipping Management, Supply Chain Management, 5R, and CONIM

Min. 2 years’ experience as Operational Consolidation Officer in Transportation, Logistic, or Transportation Digital Platform is preferred

Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Responsible for planning out on receiving and shipping goods

Making sure goods received by consolidation warehouse are in accordance with SLA

Making sure correct products received by zero damage consolidation warehouse

- Having experience minimum 5 years

- In-depth knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting standards, and tax regulations

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Prepare and review financial statements

- Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making

- Coordinate and oversee tax-related activities

Have experienced as Accounting/Finance Officer minimum 1 years

Experience working within a general ledger system; Oracle EBS is a plus point

Participate in monthly financial close process including account analysis, account reconciliations, preparing journal entries, and balancing inter-company transactions

Maintain expenses, accruals, prepayments, and other chart of accounts as required

Maintain fixed assets module in the system including depreciation
