Job Purpose and Impact

Accounting & Finance supervisor is responsible to supervise all accounting and finance activities and managing financial reporting requirements from internal and external parties.

Responsibilities :

1. Managing and overseeing the daily operations of the Finance Accounting
2. Maintaining daily control on company’s expenditure in line with company’s policy.
3. Monitoring and analysing accounting data and produce financial reports or statements
4. Establishing and enforcing proper accounting methods, policies, and principles
5. Coordinate, liaise with internal auditor and external auditor as well as complete annual audits
6. Able to handle accounting reports and manage all taxes across group company (including monthly SPT, annual SPT, and others tax requirements).
7. Providing details of forecast and yearly plan
8. Translating documentation and meeting notes when required
9. Prepare and review accounting and complex tax planning projections for corporate estimate liabilities.
10. Advise management on accounting tax matters and on the potential impact of current and new updated and future laws and new updated and future regulations on the operation of the organisation.
11. Ensure that all tax returns, tax declarations, and other required reports are submitted accurately and on time.

Qualifications :

1. Ability tocommunicate, read and write in Chineseand English are important because you are expected to engage with head office in China on a regular basis.
2. Bachelor's degree from a well-known university, major in Finance/Accounting/Tax.
3. Minimum 5 years of experience in middle to senior or supervisor position, preferably in food and beverage company in a fast-paced and unstructured environment.
4. Deep knowledge about the corporate financial workflow, accounting principles, local tax laws, regulations and reporting process to China.
5. Solid hands-on experience in end-to-end daily finance accounting operation, dispute management and resolution.
6. Humble, not title driven and willing to be working independently.
7. Result-oriented individual with high achievement drive.

9. Well organized with strong time management, people management skills and attention to detail.
10. Fast learning, adaptable and able working individual and teamwork,
11. Willingness to be based in Situbondo.
