Senior Hr Advisory Lead Jobs

1. Education and Skill Requirement(s)

Consistently upgrading knowledge with regards to regulatory updates in Indonesia that could potentially affect DSA service to the clients.

Have at least 3 years’ full-time experience as a corporate lawyer.

Strong organizational, analytical thinking, communication, and multi-tasking capabilities.

Strong verbal and written English skills.

Review drafts of deeds of establishment/amendment in accordance with the purpose and objective conveyed by clients

Project management expertise, including strong organizational and change management skills

4-6 of international tax experience in Big 4 public accounting / top law firm / multinational corporation

E-commerce or travel industry experience a plus

Experience with both mature and developing jurisdictions

Strong knowledge of international tax laws, both direct and indirect taxes

Assist in international tax planning initiatives and special projects

Develop talent management strategy includes succession planning, performance management

Bachelor's or master's degree in Human Resources Management and/or business

Provide a full range of HR services, payroll, recruitment, training and development, compensation, and benefits

Manage recruitment and selection process

Thorough knowledge in manpower regulation and compliance

Work closely with the business leaders to drive people strategy and ensure its alignment with business strategy
