At least 1 year of experience in product management

Create product requirements, product delivery, and project execution for all stakeholders

Drive product vision and prioritize the roadmap of search core matching

Minimum 5 years Recruitment experience, with high volume recruitment experience

Tech-savvy and Excellent communication skills in English

Problem-solving aptitude and Critical thinking skills

A sense of urgency to deliver for the business and able to deliver under pressure.

In-depth direct sourcing expertise utilizing a range of methods and sources.

- Manage and operate platform key channels’ traffic allocation with standardized SOP to support platform key battles;

- Good communication skills (speaking, writing, presenting) and high EQ on handling various level of stakeholders;

5 days work week, and they are currently on Hybrid mode (4-days WFO+1-day WFH)

- SQL is an advantage

Deliver exceptional project management skills and a client-facing role.

Deep knowledge of Search Engine Marketing, E-Commerce, experience with DV360, Search Strategy, and confident implementation of Google Ads and Shopping Ads.

Manage, train and inspire a team of SEM and eComm marketing professionals.

Experience working with QSR, Retail Food, FMCG, CPG, Fashion, SAAS, Apps Marketing, and Lead Generation.

Ability to manage, train and inspire a team.

Proven experience in a client-facing role.
