Sales Government Specialist Jobs

Provides accurate, complete and effective turnover to Event Management.

Manages and develops relationships with key internal and external stakeholders.

Supports the company’s service and relationship strategy, driving customer loyalty by delivering service excellence throughout each customer experience.

Mengavaluasi dan Mendukung team Government dalam mengkomunikasikan tujuan team ,mengidentifikasi bidang-bidang untuk pelatihan baru dan mentoring.

Merekomendasikan, Mengusulkan laporan komprehensif serta terperinci tentang kinerja team kepada atasan

Mengontrol, Mengevaluasi aturan dan SOP sistem manajemen mutu, keamanan informasi dan K3L

Minimum of 10 years of industry experience, including at least 5 years in a managerial capacity

Exemplary verbal and written communication skills in both Indonesian and English languages that captivate and persuade

Outstanding interpersonal and negotiation skills to foster fruitful collaborations with government agencies

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities to navigate complex challenges and issues

Bachelor's degree in any relevant field is required; an LLM or MBA degree is highly preferred

Strong network of government contacts at both local and national levels, especially in the energy industry ecosystem

3 – 5 years of experience in Project Management, Public Policy and Government Relations, Government Affairs, External Relations.

Assisting the company in any meetings with government stakeholders and looking for new up-skilling programs in government.

Negotiation skills, strong networking skills.

Exceptional ability to simplify complex context writing and presentation skills both in Bahasa Indonesia and in English.

Have experienced worked for a high growth startup.

Establish and maintain productive working relationships with relevant members of government.

−5 years minimum Experiences in working for IT service-related company

−5 years minimum Experiences in developing IT business in Government sector (Government Agencies, State-Owned Enterprise)

−Experiences directly involved in IT implementation/Project

−Experiences in Public Private Partnership (PPP) business model

−Have a broad knowledge on the latest IT trends

−Have a broad knowledge on the latest Government policy and regulation

Having experiences and knowledge about administration process at Ministry / BUMN

Minimum 2 years experience as Sales / Account Executive, in digital agency or media company

Minimum Bachelor's Degree from any discipline

Having a broad networking especially with big brands / Ministry & BUMN
