Collaborate with Tarde department to develop and manage project budgets and pricing strategies

Develop and implement strategies to set up and grow the Project Cargo division

Plan, organize, and execute transportation projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget

Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business for the Project Cargo division

Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and industry sectors

Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project execution

Telemarketing Supervisor Cargo is leading marketing by offering products or services to customers over the phone.

Minimum 2 years experience in the world of Telemarketing, Telesales and Marketing

Close sales via WA, email and telephone

sales strategy target sales teams and individuals

Motivate and motivate the team to be able to close and achieve predetermined sales targets

Have a pleasant personality, hard worker and target oriented

5+ years of experience in sales within the field

Do you have excellent communication and negotiation skills and are driven to exceed sales targets?

To proactively identify, target and secure business opportunities for the products in the region

To build strong, productive relationships with new and existing clients to ensure business objectives are achieved

To assist growing the products across the region working in conjunction with brokers and leadership teams in the UK

Generate sales activity for all products for all customers/freight forwarders on a regional and local perspective

Management of Safety, Security, and Customs topics.

Be accountable for compliance with the Safety Management System (SMS).

Take local actions to correct any deviations or discrepancies and report to Regional Operations Manager, AODs, and Market Manager.

Ensure check on the export manifest and manage disruptions (i.e. offloads) when needed.

Ensure station stock is managed effectively at the lowest possible cost

Proven supervisory experience > 5 years in a logistics or multinational company
