JOB SUMMARY

Project Cargo Division set up including procedure Setup, feasibility study and handling execution. Market Penetration and acquisition

Job Accountability:

• Monitor market trends and adjust sales strategies as needed to ensure the division's continued growth and success
• Plan, organize, and execute transportation projects, ensuring that they are completed safely, efficiently, and within budget
• Develop and maintain a network of service providers and vendors to ensure competitive pricing and high-quality services
• Develop and implement sales strategies to generate new business for the Project Cargo division
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and laws related to transportation and cargo handling
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, vendors, and partners to ensure successful project execution
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including new markets and industry sectors
• Develop and implement strategies to set up and grow the Project Cargo division
• Collaborate with Tarde department to develop and manage project budgets and pricing strategies
