Conduct HR compliance governance and HR development in the sales management department

At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in the Tobacco or FMCG is required for this position.

Preferably Manager specialized in Tobacco Company

Have a good knowledge on customer & culture

Planning, establishing, directing, approving, and deciding on sales, distribution and promotion strategies (monthly, semi-annually, annually) to optimize sales and product distribution.

Demonstrated leadership capabilities, financial management, written and oral communication skills.

Possess Data management and relevant computer skills.

Develop sales reps to enhance skills and advance to higher career level (including future District Manager)

Education background, minimum of Bachelor’s degree

Good Strategic Business Knowledge & Insight

Lead District Team to meet or exceed established sales forecasts and call execution goals.

Clear understanding of logistics, warehouse, & inventory management.

Having experience in Logistic/Supply Chain/Warehouse at least 2 years

Having excellent skills in communication, leadership, analytical thinking & problem solving

Having good Ms Excel skills
