Melakukan Instalasi Aplikasi pada sisi user, devicenya laptop dan mobile device (smartphone, TAB, dll)

Melakukan Follow up, dan eskalasi problem jika pada saat melakukan training ke user terjadi masalah di Aplikasinya

Membuat report hasil instalasi aplikasi (BAST instalasi per user) dan laporan proses Training.

Memiliki pengalaman terkait penggunaan aplikasi Bosnet & Metro Mobile (lebih diutamakan)

Bisa deliver materi training terkait penggunaan aplikasi (personilnya akan di training terlebih dahulu)

Communicate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure solutions are aligned with business objectives

Document business requirements, process flows, and test cases

Experienced min 1 year as System and/or Business Analyst would be an advantage

Analyze business processes to identify areas for improvement

Collaborate with IT teams to develop solutions that meet business needs

Develop project plans and track progress to ensure successful delivery of IT solutions

Experienced min 1 year as System and/or Business Analyst would be an advantage

Min Bachelor Degree in all major, IT more preferred

Min GPA 3.00 out of 4.00
